Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., Valhalla, New York, announced that the law firm Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, LLP (“KBR”) has leased the entire fifth floor at Global Holdings Management Group’s Class A Midtown East office tower at 875 Third Ave. KBR will relocate from 120 Broadway to occupy 27, 117 square feet under a 15-year lease.
