As a Tenant Representative, he has served clients including Ameritrade, AMICA Mutual Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, Peapod division of Stop & Shop, The Prudential Insurance Company of America and the Westchester County Bar Association.
Mr. Greenberg represented Wilson, Elser (the largest law firm in Westchester) in a 125,000 SF relocation, which was the county’s largest lease of the year. He won the Westchester County Lease of the Year award for this transaction from the local chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
He has won numerous other awards, including Broker of the Year and Creative Deal of the Year from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, one of Westchester’s largest owners of commercial property. He has been designated a CoStar Power Broker multiple times by the largest provider of information, marketing, and analytic services to real estate professionals.
Some of Mr. Greenberg’s notable regional transactions include a 168,000 SF build to suit Data Center in Norwalk, CT; a 150,000 SF flex lease in Totowa, New Jersey; a 103,000 SF lease in Dutchess County, New York; a 55,000 SF Data Center and Disaster Recover Center in Stamford, CT; a 50,000 SF office/laboratory renewal in New Jersey, and a 48,000 SF office lease in New York City. Nationally, he has completed multiple transactions from coast to coast for a number of clients.
His firm is also a member of CORFAC International, an organization of independently owned commercial real estate services firms with 62 offices in North America and a market reach to 65 countries worldwide. Mr. Greenberg has won the award for the Largest Lease Transaction in the CORFAC network and received the award for the Largest Research & Development transaction in the network. He has made multiple presentations at CORFAC International conferences on Best Practices in Tenant Representation.

He has spoken at industry events for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), International Facilities Managers Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
