Howard E. Greenberg has been active as a commercial real estate broker since 1986, and formed Howard Properties, Ltd. In 1998. As a Tenant Representative, he has served clients including Ameritrade, AMICA Mutual Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, Peapod division of Stop & Shop, and The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Mr. Greenberg has also represented the City of Yonkers, Westchester Community College, Westchester County Department of Health, and the Westchester County Bar Association, as well as the United States General Services Administration.

Mr. Greenberg’s decades of experience includes tenant representation, corporate real estate services, landlord representation, and property marketing. He works in many product types, including office, medical, flex, warehouse, industrial, data center and retail.
Mr. Greenberg is widely considered to be an expert in the Westchester County, New York commercial real estate market, where he provides professional real estate services to corporations, privately held companies, law firms, medical practices, warehouse and manufacturing companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Greenberg represented Wilson Elser (the largest law firm in Westchester) in a 125,000 SF relocation, which was the county’s largest lease of the year. He won the Westchester County Lease of the Year Award for this transaction from the Westchester/Fairfield chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
He also represented the tenant in a 168,000 square foot build-to-suit data center lease, which was the largest real estate transaction in Fairfield County, Connecticut in over 11 years.
Mr. Greenberg has also completed lease transactions and consulting assignments for clients throughout the United States and Europe, including representing a NYSE traded insurance company in implementing its fast-paced growth strategy across the United States.
