Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., Valhalla, New York, has announced this he has represented the City of Yonkers and building owner Yonkers Center, LLC in a long-term 29,020 square foot office lease at 20 South Broadway in Yonkers.
The City will relocate a number of departments to 20 South Broadway, including Building & Housing; Planning, Economic Development, Parking Violations Bureau and Consumer Protection.
This new location will provide the City of Yonkers with modern, efficient space in which to operate a number of its key departments, located directly adjacent to City Hall. This is one of the largest office lease transactions in Westchester County in 2022.
