Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., has announced that his
firm has represented Ultrafabrics, Inc. in one of the largest office leases of 2025. The
company leased the entire fifth floor of 560 White Plains Rd. in Tarrytown, New York,
where it will occupy 26,219 square feet.
The new lease expands their occupancy by approximately 30% over their former space and was the 9th largest lease in Westchester last year and the 5th largest new lease. “I am proud to have represented Ultrafabrics since they moved to Westchester over 20 years ago and it is particularly gratifying to have represented them in this major lease.”
