Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd. has announced that his firm has represented TMPG Media Innovation/TMPG Cloud in a long-term headquarters lease for 9,626 SF at 711 Westchester Ave. in White Plains. The building is located in the White Plains Office Park, which is owned and managed by Normandy Real Estate Partners. Mr. Greenberg represented the tenant in the transaction.
