Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York has announced that his firm has represented Family Services of Westchester, Inc. in a lease transaction at 6 Gramatan Avenue in Mount Vernon, New York.
The tenant leased 4,200 SF for its mental health clinic and program offices. Mr. Greenberg represented the agency, as he has in previous leases in White Plains and Port Chester since 1994. He has served on the Board of Directors of the agency since 1997, and is currently its Chair.
Family Services of Westchester was founded in 1954, and serves more than 30,000 clients in Westchester County each year. It provides social services and mental health services including adoption, Head Start and Early Head Start education, Big Brothers/Big Sisters programs, and child and adult day care, including My Second Home programs for Alzheimer’s patients.
