Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that his firm has represented Micromold Products, Inc. in an expansion and relocation to 12,991 SF at 7 Odell Plaza in Yonkers, New York. 7 Odell Plaza is part of South Westchester Executive Park, owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mr. Greenberg represented the tenant in the transaction. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, assistant vice president of leasing.
Founded in 1950, Micromold manufactures a broad line of corrosion resistant products for the process industries. Among its customers are major multinational companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food, dairy, and beverage industries, as well as operators of paper mills and power plants.
