Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York has announced that his firm has represented a major not for profit organization in the renewal of its headquarters lease in Hawthorne, New York and the SAS Group, Inc. in a renewal of its lease in Elmsford, New York.
The not for profit tenant renewed its lease for 7,326 SF at a building owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and SAS Group, Inc. renewed its lease for 4,000 SF at 220 White Plains Road in Mack-Cali’s Talleyrand Office Park in Tarrytown, New York. Mr. Greenberg represented both tenants in these transactions.
