Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that his firm has represented three law firms in leases in New York, New Jersey and California.

Mr. Greenberg represented the law firm of Boeggeman, George & Corde, P.C. in a lease of 3,996 SF of space at 1 Water St., White Plains, New York.  This is the third lease transaction in which Mr. Greenberg has represented the firm.

The law firm of Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, LLP expanded its space to 10,390 SF and extended its lease at 1205 Franklin Ave., in Garden City, New York.  The firm also expanded  its space to 5,033 SF and extended its lease at 9 Campus Drive, Parsippany, New Jersey.

Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan also has offices in New York City, Valhalla, New York and Calabasas, California.  Mr. Greenberg has represented the firm in twenty lease transactions since its formation in 1997.

In Los Angeles, California, Mr. Greenberg represented the law firm of Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP in a lease of 5,318 SF at 626 Wilshire Blvd.  This is a new office for the firm, which currently has offices in Hawthorne, New York; Red Bank, New Jersey; Tampa, Florida and Chicago, Illinois.   Mr. Greenberg has represented the firm since its founding in 1996.
