Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd. has announced that his firm has represented the law firm of Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP (“KBR”) in the expansion and extension of its lease at 1205 Franklin Ave., Garden City, New York. The building is owned by a division of the Treeline Companies.
KBR expanded its space to 11,455 square feet and entered into a long-term extension of its lease at the building.
