Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd. has announced that his firm has represented the law firm of Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott LLP in a lease transaction at Taxter Corporate Park in Elmsford, New York.
Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott LLP offers professional services in all aspects of commercial representation. The firm primarily represents institutional lenders and servicers in real estate, banking law, and finance law, specializing in foreclosure litigation and origination, general litigation, general commercial and corporate law, creditors’ rights, lender liability, bankruptcy, and evictions
The firm expanded its space to a total of 12,371 SF, and extended its lease at 565 Taxter Road, which is owned by Keystone Properties Group of Conshohocken, PA.
