Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that his firm has represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, LLP (‘KBR’) in a lease expansion and extension in Parsippany, New Jersey.
KBR expanded its space at 9 Campus Drive in the Mack-Cali Business Campus by 2,014 SF to a total of 7,047 SF. Mr. Greenberg had represented KBR in its initial lease at the building in 2005, and has subsequently negotiated one previous expansion for this rapidly growing law firm. The building is owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Brian Decillis, Assistant Vice President of Leasing, represented Mack-Cali.
