Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York has announced that his firm has represented Family Services of Westchester, Inc. (“FSW”) in the relocation of its headquarters. The organization leased 9,085 square feet at 2975 Westchester Avenue in Purchase, New York. The building is owned by RPW Group, based in Rye Brook. Mr. Greenberg represented FSW in the search.
Founded in 1954, Family Services of Westchester, Inc. has over 50 different social service programs that serve individuals and families at every stage of the life cycle. These programs include Head Start and Early Head Start, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and My Second Home. The organization has over 450 employees, and an annual budget in excess of $22 million. Mr. Greenberg has been a member of FSW’s Board of Directors since 1997, and has twice served as its Chairman.
