As a not for profit organization, it is our responsibility to be a good steward of our funds, and Howard negotiated very well on our behalf. As we have grown, our organization has changed significantly, and he helped us look not only at how we do things now, but how we anticipate doing them in the future, so that we would design a modern, cost-effective headquarters that will serve FSW and its staff well as it continues to grow and serve its over 30,000 clients in Westchester.”
