Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that it has represented Cervalis, LLC in a lease transaction for a major new data center in New Jersey. The tenant signed a long term lease for an entire building of 148,191 SF in Northern New Jersey. This facility will house 50,000 SF of raised floor data center space, as well as 25,000 SF of work area recovery space and administrative offices.
This lease represents Cervalis’ first facility in New Jersey, giving the company a full-service presence in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Cervalis now occupies more than 280,000 square feet of space for its data centers and disaster recovery centers in the tri-state area.
