Fibar Group, LLC has signed a long term renewal of its lease for 3,770 square feet of space at 80 Business Park Drive, owned by Lashins Realty. Fibar has been a tenant in the building since 1994. The company, founded more than 25 years ago, specialized in providing safety surfaces for outdoor and indoor playgrounds, with well over 50,000 installations throughout the United States and Canada. The company also makes surfacing materials for outdoor and indoor horse tracks and dog parks.
The accounting firm of Heckler & O’Keefe signed a long term lease for 2,657 square feet of space, also at 80 Business Park Drive. This public accounting firm serves businesses, professional practices and individuals, and relocated from Katonah, New York.
International Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX), relocated from 80 Business Park Drive to 84 Business Park Drive, also owned by Lashins Realty, leasing 1,382 SF of space. IPX is a division of Fidelity National Title Company, a New York Stock Exchange traded company that is the nation’s largest provider of title insurance and escrow services. Fidelity National is a long-time client of Howard Properties, Ltd.
