Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that his firm has represented data center operator Cervalis LLC in an expansion of its lease at 155 Myers Corners Road in Wappingers Falls, New York.  Cervalis operates a colocation Data Center and a Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Center in this location.

Cervalis added 5,694 SF to its premises, expanding its presence in the building to 103,097 SF.   The company began its tenancy in the building with 71,500 SF in 2000, and has since expanded three separate times to its present size.
