his firm represented Alfa Wassermann, Inc. in a long-term renewal of its 49,442 SF headquarters lease in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Mr. Greenberg represented the tenant, in partnership with the Garibaldi Group of Chatham, New Jersey.
Alfa Wasserman is a leading provider of both medical diagnostic instrumentation and reagents to the medical community and high speed ultra centrifuges for the purification of vaccines, including most of the flu vaccines worldwide. Its primary diagnostic focus is the physicians’ office laboratory, with a growing presence in hospital laboratories and veterinary clinics. Alfa Wassermann’s diagnostic technology products are sold around the world to physician, veterinary and research laboratories, including many of the leading pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and animal conservancies. Its vaccine purification instrumentation is sold to virtually all of the vaccine manufacturers around the world.
