Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, will teach an upcoming Continuing Professional Education (“CPE”) course for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”) in White Plains on April 18, 2018.
The course is titled “Major Changes in the Westchester Real Estate Market.” Mr. Greenberg is widely considered to be an expert in the Westchester market, having practiced there as a commercial broker for 32 years. He has also authored many articles on the market for the Westchester Business Journal.
“It is very important for accountants to stay current with conditions in the commercial real estate markets”, says Mr. Greenberg. “Professionals who are well versed in this area can help their clients adapt to changes in property values and rental prices. With a large number of multi-family buildings being constructed throughout the county, and obsolete office and industrial buildings and sites being repurposed to other uses, market conditions are changing rapidly. This course will bring the participants up to date with these changes.”
