The tenant is a full service defense law firm, offering legal services to national and international clients.
Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan in the negotiations, which expanded the firm’s space by 6,565 SF and extended its existing 31,687 SF lease.
Mr. Greenberg has represented the firm since 1998 in numerous lease transactions in Westchester County, New York; New York City; Nassau County, New York; New Jersey and California.
