Our client had 5 years left on its 28,000 SF lease.  It had occupied its office space for more than 15 years, expanding multiple times over that period.  While the layout still worked, the finishes were old and tired, and the Reception Area, Conference Rooms and kitchen/lunchroom required reconfiguration and finish upgrades.
