Howard Properties has been providing national real estate services to clients since its formation in 1998. We have represented NYSE traded corporations, as well as privately held companies, law firms and data center operators in transactions throughout the United States and in Europe.

Some of Mr. Greenberg’s notable transactions include a 168,000 SF build to suit data center in Norwalk, CT; a 150,000 SF data center in Totowa, New Jersey, a 50,000 SF office/laboratory renewal in New Jersey, and a 48,000 SF office lease in New York City, A 28,000 SF disaster recovery facility in Totowa, New Jersey, as well as multiple transactions in California, Florida, Texas and many other states.

Mr. Greenberg is the only broker located in Westchester to have attained the SIOR Office Specialist designation. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors is the leading professional commercial office and industrial real estate organization.
